Do I need a guarantor to rent an apartment?
➡Usually you need a guarantor to rent an apartment in Japan though it is often hard for the international students or researchers to find. However, we can introduce you a guarantor company who can be the guarantor for you for a fee,
Do you accept credit cards?
➡Yes, they are accepted only at Suita MY ROOM office so far.
I`m nervous, because I do not know the difference in culture in Japan.
➡In Japan, Take off your shoes in the room. and please do not make a noise (like a party) at your apartment. And please do not use a washing machine at midnight.
