「留学生がお部屋を借りる際の手続きについて」
今回のお部屋を契約するにあたり、A. 「賃貸借保証契約（家賃保証）」とB. 「火災保険加入」が必要です。
大阪大学より、これらにつきまして以下商品が推奨されています。
A. 賃貸借保証契約（家賃保証）：コープレントインシュア
（初回12,000円。更新10,000円/1年）
B. 火災保険加入：外国人留学生向け学研災付帯学生生活総合保険
（在学期間による。（例）5,330円/1年）
※必要書類
●学生証または入学許可証
●在留カード
●日本国内の緊急連絡先（お名前・住所・生年月日・電話番号（自宅・携帯））
※住替えの方へ
上記火災保険に加入されている場合は、住所変更を下記メールアドレスへご連絡の上、加入（付保）証明書をご提出ください。

【Procedures for International Students Renting a Room】
When international students sign a contract for a room, they are required to have A. “lease guarantee contract (rent guarantee)” and B. “fire insurance”.
Osaka University recommends the following products for these requirements. (※Some products may be designated by the property management company depending on the property.
A. Rent guarantee contract (rent guarantee): Co-op Rent Insurance
(Initial 12,000 yen. Renewal 10,000 yen / year)
B. Fire insurance: Comprehensive Insurance for Students Lives Coupled with “Gakkensai” .
(Depends on the period of enrollment. (Example: 5,330 yen for 1 year)
※Required Documents
- ・Student ID card or admission letter
- ・Residence card
- ・Emergency contact information in Japan (name, address, date of birth, phone number (home and mobile))
※For those who are moving to a new address
